We have a larger room upstairs that is available for rent. The room measures approximately 14' x 11'. It has a sliding glass door that leads to the balcony, two sets of mirrored closet doors, and a ceiling fan w/ lights. The room has high speed internet access w/ wireless and cable TV. You would be sharing a bathroom. The house itself has wood floors, new cabinetry, granite countertops in the kitchen (including the island), marble countertops and tile floors in the bathrooms. We have a shared kitchen, two full-size refrigerators, TV area, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. The shared areas are cleaned monthly by a maid. There is also access to a community pool.
