We are an older, mature, laid back duo, who still know how to have fun occasionally. We are looking for a roommate for a large, furnished room in 3 bed/2 bath home in a quiet NE suburb, near bus routes, downtown and an easy commute to UF.
Included are a large shady fenced yard, indoor washer/dryer, cable TV, fast wireless internet, landline phone and no hassle parking!
A great deal on a great home for a grad student or professional!
We have, love and welcome pets!
$350/mo, 1st month's utilities are included, after that you pay a fair share which will not exceed $100/mo.
No deposit, no fees and you may rent by the month.
