Hi there, my girlfriend and I are looking to rent out a room in our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Private room, shared bathroom. Unfurnished, street parking, outside smoking only, no drugs. We are in our early and mid 20's, looking for someone around that age. I'm a blue collar while she's a college student. It is located off Indian River Rd, not far from interstates, the Greenbrier area, as well as Norfolk and Virginia Beach. The security deposit would be $300 dollars, and the monthly rent would be $515 a month and that's inclusive, hoping to find a single person but open to couples, yet rent would go up because utilities.
