27 year old single female looking for a roommate preferably female. I own a two bedroom one bath mobile home located in Shreveport near the Blanchard area. It's only myself living there no kids but I am okay with you having kids your self. I do have a small dog Yorkie she is harmless. Needing someone as soon as possible asking $400 up front that's the $250 deposit plus $250 first month's rent. All bills are included in the rent. Rents due on the 5th of every month I will never ask or expect for anything more. There is a month to month agreement. You will be responsible for providing your own food and personal items.
