Looking for a mature woman (preferably over 40) to live with my daughter in my rent house. This person would not have to pay rent for a private bedroom in a 3 bedroom house in a safe area near Acadiana Mall. In order to have free rent, she would have to keep that house clean and clean my house. She would also need a reliable vehicle to furnish transportation for my daughter to work and back each day. Preferences: non-smoker, no pets, quiet/settled, semi-retired and preferably Christian, there is only space for bedroom furniture and will share the 1 bathroom.
