I am the one whose name is on the lease but I dont live in the apartment - the current tenant will be moving out on April 30th when Temples semester is over so I need to find a new tenant to take over the last three months. I lived in the apartment from August - December and LOVED this apartment - I just got a full time job in DC and obviously had to move!

The unit is a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at N. 15th and Cecil B. Moore from May 1st - July 31st.
Above Tasty Chicken on the same block as Dunkin Donuts.
Great for someone taking summer classes or someone interning in the city! Not exclusive to Temple students, obviously.
Not even a 5 minute walk to Temples main campus and the Cecil B. Moore Broad Street Line stop is right there.

Rent is not including utilities. We pay water, gas, electric, and Comcast. Wifi is included! Utilities are usually around a month. They were higher during this insane winter, but as the weather gets milder they will return to normal.
