Looking for a easy going person who is career minded, clean / dish doer, respectful of common space-- we try not to leave any personal things in the common room. I live with three easy going professionals in high performing jobs. The apartment doesnt get noisy, its not a social hub outside of the core group of housemates, we dont party here.

The room is a sunny, quiet bedroom in a beautiful four bedroom apartment on the second floor of a row house. Were 10 minutes from Prospect Park and 10 or fewer minutes from the 2/3, 4/5, Q/B and C trains-- one stop from Barclays Center, 25 minutes to Manhattan. The apartment has 14 ceilings, hardwood floors, remote control air conditioning in each room, four burner gas stove, dish washer, leather furniture throughout, heated bathroom floor with spacious glass shower, and an enormous TV. We have quiet neighbors as well.

The sublet starts April 1 and can go through August or be a minimum of April / May.

The room -- under-bed and full closet storage, not huge but very comfortable- comes furnished with full-size bed, responsible desk, dresser, hangers, lamp etc. -- maybe some of the plants if you have a green thumb.
