We are an existing General Practice in Fairbanks, Alaska with additional work space available for rent on a daily, short term or long term basis. Our practice is located on Airport Way, 3 direct miles from Fairbanks International Airport.

Rental area is approximately 1200 sq. feet and includes 2 exam rooms, one triage room, a bathroom and a small office with enough desk space for one provider and two staff members.

Additional area for your needs would include a shared waiting room, basic reception assistance, and a central clinical area. All utilities, Wi-Fi, and telephones would be provided without additional cost.

We will not provide computers, office supplies, fax capability or medical equipment needed for your specialty. We will gladly furnish exam-table paper, bathroom supplies and custodial needs.

We will not offer our staff assistance for your direct patient care, patient scheduling, triage or exam room preparation between patient examinations.

We dedicate ourselves to maintaining a friendly, welcoming and professional environment and hope to share our fine facility with an additional practice hoping to venture in Interior Alaska.

This additional clinical space would also be excellent for video recorded examinations related to workman’s compensation cases or legal depositions.
