This is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apt. The other three rooms are rented.

The rent is right around $735 per person and includes utilities
Pool, hot tub and gym on site. Parking lot and parking pass is also in that rent price, I believe. The parking is $75, but I do not pay that separate so I has to be in the rent.
This could possibly be transferred to a full rental for next semester as well, you will have to talk with U-Club personally about that.
The apartment is beautiful and fully furnished.
