Located in a gated community and has 2 club houses, 2 heated pools, 2 gyms, playground opened year round.
$880 per month includes a 50/50 split of rent, utilities, electricity, cable/Wi-Fi. Looking for nothing less than a 6-12-month commitment. Roommate has to have secure employment, positive rental history and references.
The entire apartment is furnished and what's there is for my roommate's use. It is a 2-bedroom w/walk-in closets/2 full baths, w/d in unit and fully furnished all you would need is your bedroom items. It has a fireplace, along w/an above average sized deck. Cable is hooked up in the room I'm wanting to rent. The bathroom, that would be my roommate's, is completely furnished, but you can always redecorate it yourself.
About me: I am a 42-year-old female, nonsmoker, employed full time, has car, it is just myself and my 2 small dogs. One is a 12-year-old Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix and the other is an 8-year-old Lhasa Apso pure bread both are well behaved, housebroken and hypoallergenic. I'm easy going and fun and would like someone similar.
