I am Retired Paramedic of 20 years, but work part-time and may be looking for full-time work as well. I am a non-smoking male who is clean and keeps the house clean. I would expect the same in a roommate. Non-smoker is a must. A dog would be welcome as I have two, maybe three by spring of 2017. I have available for the right person, a private bedroom with two closets, DISH hook-up, space for some furniture as it was a living area for my mother too. There is an attached private bathroom with double sink and stall shower. The laundry is located in that bathroom, so I would need access when I need to do laundry. There is a large family room with a 70" TV with surround sound, a dining room, a small den with woodstove (I don't usually use it, but it is workable), and kitchen. There is a new French door 25 cu/ft refrigerator and the washer and dryer are brand new too (HE Washer). There is wireless Internet on site too. The rent is $500 a month and half of all household expenses. I pay Insurance and Taxes. If you are interested, please contact me.
