One of our roommates is not coming back next year (August 2017), and we are looking for someone to replace her. We live right in downtown Lincoln a block from the UNL campus. The current residents here are all students and we would prefer our new roomie to also be a student (male or female). We have our place decorated and we like to keep it clean, but it gets a bit messy on the weekends when we love to tailgate for our favorite Huskers! The apartment is four bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and utilities are included in the rent. There is a beautiful rooftop garden and a very nice gym facility. Security is top notch here so you always feel safe. Your rent goes down substantially after living here for more than one year. If you are interested let me know and we can figure something out! Also one of our roommates (not the one leaving for good) is going to be gone in the summer and if anyone is looking for a place to live in downtown Lincoln for the summer months we are looking to fill that as well.
