I am looking for someone to take over my apartment lease, it is until July 2017. The complex is called Woodland Oaks. The apartment is a one bedroom/one bath, wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer in the unit, it is downstairs. You would pay rent, water, and electric. Must be able to be approved by the office, there is no deposit but you will need to pay for an application fee. Let me know if interested!!
