Parking is on street parking.

Preferred renter would be a male who is employed full time, has no pets, is quiet and keeps to himself. We don't mind if you have company as long as they are respectful.

Rent will be due on the 1st of the month.

Home is shared with a couple and there will be a child on site full time and another one during the summer.
