This position requires an individual possessing the skill set necessary to design and implement web pages that incorporate dynamic data for use in one or more enterprise systems. This individual should be able to work within a development team to design, implement, and debug web-based user interfaces. This individual must also be able to work within the requirements and standards set forth by the senior development staff with minimal supervision.
Candidates for this position should possess the following skills or experience:
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Strong conceptual and artistic abilities demonstrated by a solid portfolio.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent training and experience) in graphic design or related field
Self-motivated, with ability to work with minimal oversight.
5 - 7 years professional web development experience. This experience should include:
Mastery of HTML and CSS.

Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other tools used for the creation and management of web-based graphics and other content.
Knowledge of JSP, JSP tag libraries a plus
Familiarity with one or more internet scripting languages (JavaScript, JQuery etc.).
Change to Familiarity with Spring MVC for navigating web based applications.
Solid understanding of website usability, accessibility, and browser compatibility issues.

Soft Skills:
Self-motivated – ability to take ownership of project and tasks. Seek out SME’s to further own knowledge of systems and business processes.   Person is self directed, does not require a highly structured environment.
Communication skills - ability to tailor information to the audience (business stakeholders, management, developers, testing staff).
Innovative – desire/ability to work in existing systems or business processes and offer alternative, better approaches
