We are the Ascott Group... a search firm specializing in the lighting industry. We have positions at all levels with Architectural, commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Solid State Lighting fixture, lamp, and ballast manufacturers.
Our client is a fast paced innovative architectural lighting fixtures manufacturer with a history of providing quality driven LED lighting products to architectural/commercial market. Due to continued sales growth they are seeking an architectural lighting sales professional to assume the role of:
National Account Manager - Any major metropolitan city in USA
We are looking for individuals that can hit the ground running and introduce new LED lighting systems products to national and regional key accounts. This position will develop, foster and maintain long-term business relationships and value through the sale of client's products. Position can be home-based, 50% travel required.
This position has excellent starting salary and incentive program. Specific Responsibilities Include: Work with electrical distributor and channel partners to coordinate national and regional roll out programs. Coordinates with factory sales personnel, distributors, end users etc., to promote and maintain successful and profitable business relationships with current and potential customers. Assure that appropriate technical guidance and assistance regarding product applications is available to customer.
Qualifications: Worked with national and regional accounts for a commercial lighting manufacturer or an electrical distributor Must have existing relationships with key accounts in retail, corporate accounts, restaurant, and hospitality Experience in ESCO and energy accounts will also be considered Well-developed communication, organizational, motivational and human relation skills
Compensation will include attractive base, and bonus with stock options. Salary will be commensurate on qualifications, experience, and wow factor.
