Description

We are a very well established Property Development and Management Company with multiple offices in Australia and Overseas. Our Property team is currently looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to enable High Value Transactions with potential Customers. We predominately work one on one with our clients and this role requires you to negotiate Sales / Purchase contracts with selected potential clients in the course of ‘in-home’ and office appointments.

The Property Consultant will be solely responsible for:

Meeting with clients and negotiating the Sale / Purchase of Properties
Identifying and searching for properties according to Managers’ needs and situation
Working with existing stakeholders to grow the already excellent relationships that are in place
Liaising with associated businesses involved in the transaction
Overseeing the contract and settlement process
Managing the clients’ expectations all the way to handover and beyond
Seeking referrals and networking to grow our suite of clients
Assistance with Advertising and Lead Generation
Assistance with Marketing campaigns
Target Setting and Reviewing of sales/purchase performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
To be successful in this role, you must:

Be an experienced Property Salesperson with a proven record of high sales
Have enviable Negotiation ability
Have incredible Communication skills
Have a friendly and professional personality, neat presentation , and understand the impact of personal behaviour on the reputation of a business
Speak clear & fluent English
Portray integrity, honesty, empathy, fairness and respect
Have excellent Phone manners
Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Have excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines
Be results-oriented and be driven to succeed and grow with the business
Be self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
