Join our team as Road Runner’s next Thursday Adventure Run Rep for San Diego and Carlsbad! Have a blast by creating memorable monthly scavenger hunt fun runs! Raise the bar by hosting events that WOW our customers and keep them coming back for more! From the course design to the vendors and volunteers, you’ll be the star planner behind it all!
You’ll be given training and clear goals and be measured by your ability to successfully create, lead, and drive traffic to the event. You'll also increase community awareness about Road Runner Sports.
Show off your inner "race director" and seize your chance to show everyone how a fitness event can and should be done!
This is a contract position that you will work from March through end of November (110 hours per month) with the possibility of annual renewal!
Your workout:

Communications, event planning, or coordination is preferred! Knowledge of the running community is a definite PLUS!
Set your own schedule and ENJOY WEEKENDS OFF and only one night shift twice a month!
Travel to all in-store events in your region.
Accountability and ability to create and provide regular reports on your upcoming events and progress to your Grassroots Marketing team and your managers.
Team player who can work as well independently as you can partnering with your store managers, sales associates, and your Grassroots Marketing team.
