Petland is Hiring Part-time and Full-time Kennel Technicians
Opportunity to work in a large kennel environment that houses up to 50 puppies and kittens on a weekly basis.
Experience working in kennel environment is not required but would be helpful in accelerating your training program.

Must live within 15-20 minutes driving distance of Robinson Town Centre Plaza.
Must be minimum of 18 years of age, have your own transportation, and valid PA Drivers License.
Must be compassionate about working with a large number of puppies and kittens on a regular basis, (if youre looking for just a paycheck, this job isnt for you).
Must be willing and able to provide overall care for puppies and kittens according to veterinary guidelines and protocols.
Must be self-motivated, on time, and reliable.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more comfortably.
Must be able to work 2-3 morning shifts per week and 1-2 evening and weekend shifts as need be.

If you have what it takes, Petland:

Will train you to become a knowledgeable Kennel Technician who is able to provide the required care, (i.e., cleaning, sterilizing, bathing, de-wormings, vaccinations, and other veterinary-specified treatments).
Will provide ongoing training to enable you to open and/or close the kennel once you are familiar and knowledgeable to provide the required puppy and kitten care.
