We are looking for an intelligent and fashionable person to work with our internal product and marketing teams to offer home decor solutions to our ECOM partners and manage their buyers' needs, while presenting the hottest art trends available.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and develop partnerships with Daily Deals/Flash Sites (i.e. JackThreads, Gilt, HauteLook).

· Schedule and manage a pipeline of events.

· Research latest art and fashion trends to better understand what products need to be offered to selected partners.

· Collaborate with internal product team and sell/present new collections to the buyers.

· Stay abreast of latest industry developments and assist product team with identifying what artists/brands need to be pursued.

· Participate in cross-functional departmental meetings that support process improvement.

· Identify unique characteristics of clients' needs and develop a strategy that maximizes number of events and profitability per client.

· Schedule, organize, and prepare agendas for meetings between partner's buyers and internal product teams.

· Periodically travel to client's location, along with the product team to discuss an upcoming schedule of events.

· Ask partner's buyers probing questions, which will make selection of products easier for internal product team.

· Understand client's demographic and think for them when offering new products to assure successful events.
