PROJECT COORDINATOR $50K to $60K
Realty Corporation is currently seeking a Project Coordinator, in the San Francisco Area, that will perform administrative duties supporting and interacting with staff: architects, project managers, engineers, vendors, etc., handle RFI’s, submittals and Deferred Approvals, generate reports, coordinate construction contracts, change orders, professional service agreements and other related contract documents as required, coordinate the processing of contracts with vendors, including the follow up and communications regarding the timely execution and return of all contracts, coordinate the routing of all contract documents through the system and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, 1-3 years of applicable experience working in construction, architecture, commercial real estate or related field, proficiency in Computer Applications; Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, SharePoint, InDesign & FTP sites.
