Currently working with a stable growing real estate investment & management company that is currently seeking a Payroll & Human Resources Manager for their team.  This is a hands on role that will manage the full cycle HR functions for the company as well as process payroll within ADP for 260+ employees.  Friendly environment with a lot of long term employees.

Company headquartered in San Francisco with multi state operations is seeking  a seasoned  payroll and HR compliance manager.                                                                                                                                                                                            
This is a HANDS ON position and requires recent direct experience, multi-tasking abilities and a good problem solver.                                    
Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
Compensation, Wage and Hour Employment Compliance Administration              :                              
Computing and entering in the ADP system commissions based on collections, etc. Very good Excel skills necessary for computing several types of commissions.

Recruiting, Selection, Hiring, Orientation and Record Compliance                                             
Safety and Workers Compensation Administration:                                                                        
Employee Development: Provide advice and coaching to Company’s managers regarding workforce planning, employee relations, and employee training and development.
Employee Relations:
Provide expertise on strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts; advise staff and management of performance related issues
Employee Development:
Provide advice and coaching to Company’s managers regarding workforce planning, employee relations, and employee training and development.
Personnel Policy and Compliance:
Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and furnish reports to various regulating agencies
Requirements:                                                                                                                                                 
Hands on working experience with ADP including Time and Attendance Module and Reporting ( EZPay ) is a MUST.  
                                               
Direct experience with payroll, including commissions and related modified over time rate. Very good command of Excel software. Accounting background will be very helpful.
Minimum seven years experience in the above areas with  few years management level.                                           
Good HR generalist, capable to  serve as a liaison between company and the outside lawyers or HR specialists. Ethics, integrity and discretion are a must as this person is supposed to be the safe guard of the company's policies.
Good communication and writing skills                                                                                                                 
Highly responsible, creative and dynamic person, computer literate, organized, an excellent communicator, problem solver and most of all an team player.
