Title: Customer Service / Inside Sales
Summary: The Customer Service/Inside Sales is a full time position, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Customers. They accomplish their objective by maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products manufactured, testing capabilities, and consulting expertise offered by the company. All employees are expected to demonstrate continuous improvement in executing their responsibilities by learning and implementing the best practices for their job.
Objective: The objective of this position is to maximize the company’s opportunities to provide products or services by providing a consistent presence in the office for our customers that can facilitate information, address concerns, and sustain good communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Work closely with the production and management team to understand needs, issues, and performance to address customer’s questions.
Process Customer orders including logistics and delivery timing
Execute order follow-up including certificates of analysis, delivery confirmation, and other required reporting,
Report any customer concerns or issues to the management team
Facilitate Corrective Action Reporting
Conduct Customer evaluations of MCC.
Track previous purchases and issue Customer reminders
Develop and maintain relationships with Customers over the phone/email.
Help make company a preferred supplier
Contact new prospective customers and facilitate delivery of information
For toll customers:
Report all raw materials deliveries
Report Inventory
Report Quality Data/Packing lists
Set up trucks for shipping
Responsibilities of All Office Personnel:
Help other staff as requested
Assume new responsibilities necessary to complete work until they can be properly delegated elsewhere; Midland, Michigan, United States; User's other ads; 989.839.7052
