Construction Superintendent
Southeastern Pennsylvania - Reading, Allentown, Lock Haven, and Shillington, PA.
In this leadership role, you will put your natural drive, determination, initiative and willingness to go above and beyond to great use. You will plan, organize and direct jobsite manpower and the attendant equipment to complete projects within specified time frames, while staying within budget and meeting/exceeding quality standards. Our client will count on you to serve as ambassador, always acting within and promoting/protecting the best interests of the company.
To qualify, you should possess at least 3 years hands-on experience as a superintendent within the excavation industry. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as good verbal and written communications abilities are expected for this role. OSHA 30 designation is desirable, but not necessary. Finally, you must have a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving history.
