One of the city's best known law firms is looking for a certified paralegal with a minimum of five years' experience doing both corporate work and transactional commercial real estate. Responsibilities will be divided roughly equally between the two practice groups. Must be comfortable in a busy practice doing due diligence, document preparation for all corporate formations, commercial agreements, financing with the lenders, have the ability to prepare and distribute closing binders in connection with loan and bond transactions.
