OfficeTeam is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator for a Law Firm in Downtown Kansas City. This Front Desk Coordinator will be foremost working at the reception desk, but will also be supporting the Office Manager and several Attorneys in regard to Administrative and Marketing duties. This Front Desk Coordinator will be answering phones, transferring calls and greeting clients and guests. The Front Desk Coordinator will also be supporting the marketing department in regard to social media updates, as well as updating information on the company web site. For the Front Desk Coordinator position, the candidate must have experience with social media, working with web sites, and meeting planning. Legal experience is preferred for this position, but not required. The Front Desk Coordinator also must have intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and electronic filing systems.
