Experience in outsourcing or Service center setting is referred

Handles queries from Responsibilities:
Responsible to locate information through HR tools to answer queries from different country throughout Asia Pacific and offers first level of support.
Handle SAP and letter for promotion, salary increase and award payment cases.

Coordinating to different departments for interview scheduling and manpower requirements
Updating recruitment files.
