The Challenge:

*** Source and identify quality candidates

*** Qualify candidate skills and experience

*** Thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews by having in-depth knowledge of company, position, initiatives and business strategy of the organization

*** Complete candidate management including pipeline recruiting, pre-employment references, negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates

*** Thoroughly prepare and debrief candidates through each stage of the interview process

*** Utilize and remain current with proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques

The Skills:

*** Previous sales experience is desired, but not required

*** Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on good listening and rapport building

*** Strong computer skills and an understanding of social media is desirable

*** Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with good attention to detail

*** Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time (time management) and being able to prioritize tasks is important
