Requirements:
Native or Non-Native Thai
With Good English communication skills
Can speak, read and write Thai
Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or any Psychology related field of study
Exposure in a Business Process Outsourcing or Service Center setting is preferred
One year of work experience in a corporate set up

Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment process of the company
Review resume and profile of applicants
Conduct initial screening and interview of candidates
Provide effective training for recruiters
Manage screening and interviewing of candidates
Coordinate with recruitment partners
Attend to applicant follow-ups and inquiries
