Strong growth, global organization has an immediate need for a Human Resources Staffing & Training Manager located in Knoxville, Tennessee! This position supports the US Business Unit's Leadership to achieve business targets by effective HR policies, programs, procedures, and practices. You will be a Strategic Business Partner to the Leadership of the US Business Unit.

You will serve as an Human Resources "Generalist" supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of company-wide policies and programs for HR administration, employee relations, recruiting, and training & development..

There will be a strong focus on sourcing and recruiting open US positions within the company including at corporate headquarters and domestic plant locations. There will also be a strong focus on Training & Development. You will also serve as a champion for the company's culture and brand throughout its facilities all over the world.

Responsibilities
• Be seen as a leader, change agent and valued contributor to company's HR strategy.
• Learn operating units; understand their challenges, processes and initiatives to support company's growth plans.
• Provide day-to-day support and advice to Department Managers, HQ HR team and company operating units on talent acquisition, training initiatives, special projects, questions and issues.
• Participate with management on program and process design including the design and development of the full recruitment life cycle process, metrics and analytics, succession planning, talent management, Train the Trainer, learning and development.
• Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, staffing, and screening, interviewing and managing outside search firm assignments.
• Will provide expertise in fostering relationships with prospective talent as well as managing ongoing relationships with the Hiring Managers to ensure the best talent is brought into the organization.
• Develop business partnering relationships with local colleges and universities; oversee the companies' college recruiting and internship program.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources. An MBA or other graduate degree is a plus. ....A SPHR or PHR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience serving in a HR Generalist / Business Partner role, including strong recruitment and T&D experience in environments with salaried, non-exempt and hourly workers.
• Multi-state, manufacturing-oriented company experience preferred; Possessing both Plant HR and Corporate HQ recruitment experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability at developing day-to-day plans and initiatives in support of corporate and business unit talent acquisition objectives; understands Hiring Manager's needs and able to build strong relationships up and down the organization.
• .Experience with full cycle recruiting for non-exempt through senior management roles.
• Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities.
• Experience in recruitment of incentive and fixed compensation structures, plant and corporate positions.
• Experience includes "out in the field" to build relationships with Plant HR Managers and Hiring Managers, address issues, and support the implementation and administration of HR programs, initiatives, processes, etc. •
