Our client is in need of an HR Manager who is passionate about employee engagement, thrives in a fast paced environment and motivated to make a change within the company. This position will act as a strategic business partner to develop, support, and execute various employee relations, performance management, and communication strategies in support of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

All Human Resource functions for the plant
Lead strategic initiatives in employee engagement, leadership development, recruitment, and retention
Partner with the business to plan and organize workforce to meet company objectives, including assessment of hiring needs, recruitment, and on-boarding of qualified candidates
Provide expertise and hands-on support in a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation, and recruitment/retention
Partner with operations and plant leadership to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and initiatives

Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on HR, or equivalent experience
5+ years of leadership within all HR functions
PHR or SPHR certification preferred

Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus
