Joynus Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Korean HR Specialist on behalf of a Tier 1 KIA/Hyundai parts supplier specializing in interior products (i.e. floor mats) for various clients including, but not limited to LA Hyundai Mobis, Honda, and GM. The Client strives to conduct business with the core principles of "human-oriented," "technology-oriented" and "customer-oriented" products and service.

Position Overview
The hired individual will be responsible for managing employment policies in the contexts of hiring, discipline, employment termination, training, compensation, benefits, leave, equal opportunity and other human resources issues. The incumbent reports directly to the President.

Responsibilities

*Assess employment needs of the company and plan and coordinate activities to meet them
*Paperwork processing for employees including new hires and terminated employees
*Assist in interpreting labor laws and administering them accordingly
*Coordinate with payroll to ensure employees compensation, insurance, and other benefits are administered accordingly
*Help to establish clear company policies and assist in enforcing them

Requirements

* Ability to read, speak, and write Korean fluently
* Bachelors degree (non-major specific, but prefer fields of study related to HR)
* 2+ years of work experience in the Human Resources (HR) field
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organization skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Working knowledge of OSHA standards
