Our client, a professional services firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a Compensation and HRIS Analyst to join their human resources department for an extended contract.  The Compensation and HRIS Analyst will be responsible for compensation administration, incentive plan administration and on-going compensation projects.  This position will also be responsible for the day-to-day user interface administration of the HRIS system including running reports for other HR staff and managers as well as setting up frequently run reports. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.  This position could convert to permanent employment for the right candidate.
 
Duties include, but are not limited to:
 

Responsible for merit increase process including annual planning, communications, and systems 
Responsible for incentive plan 
Handle communications materials for compensation programs
Handle special projects for review and structure of compensation administration 
Updates HRIS for benefit updates
Handles the set-up of benefit plans, enrollments and communications
Responsible for HRIS employee user guides
Run reports and set up frequently used reports


Answer routine day-to-day employee inquiries concerning compensation 
Collaborate with the HR team on projects and employee initiatives
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned 

 
 
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in roles that have required strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and analysis  
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint and Intranet/Internet technologies 
Experience with databases including Microsoft Access, SQL Server, and Kronos  
Experience with HRIS systems
Knowledge of UltiPro a plus
Detail-oriented

Able to work with highly confidential issues with discretion
