Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, #2001 - St. Cloud, FL
This is a great opportunity to work at a premiere hospital system in Central Florida for a busy Critical Care team.
The Critical Care Specialists provide Adult Healthcare Services to ICU patients. The critical care practice includes care to neurology, medical, surgical specialties, oncology and multiple organ transplant programs.
Nights - 12-hours shifts rotating between two hospitals.
This is an inpatient position with care coordinated from the floor with a fully developed Rapid Response Team of Physicians, PAs and NPs providing coverage.
Youll need to be proficient in all aspects of ICU care and management. You should perform tasks efficiently and effectively and have a strong desire to work in a high volume patient setting.
Ideal ACNP candidate has a Florida license or is eligible to get one
Has inpatient/ICU provider experience
Ability to perform procedures such as intubation, arterial line and central venous access preferred
Exceptional communication skills
Must want to work in team oriented work approach
