Mechanical Maintenance Foreman / Supervisor - Akron, Ohio - JOB 17-00105

Salary Range: $40k - $50k Permanent Position with Benefits.

Akron, Ohio service company is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Foreman / Supervisor (with basic electrical knowledge) to assist with industrial machinery troubleshooting, direct, and guide others in the repair.
REQUIREMENTS

High School graduate with post-secondary education
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage staff and meet with customers
Past supervisor / foreman experience with industrial production machinery
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial machines (to include large presses)
Foundation of electrical high voltage (110 & 220 volt connection and basic controls)
Ability to quickly assess machine function, analyze machine condition, & recommend process for restoration
Willing to travel (U.S.) up to 25% to include overnight

Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
