Responsibilities

Customer service experience is extremely important.
Provide quotes to customers for service and/or parts as needed.
Must be comfortable providing training for new customers as they buy our equipment
Travel to customer sites (30% travel) independently (both domestic and international) to provide service and/or training.

Requirements:

Must be technically savvy – able to read and interpret blue prints and translate that information to the customer
Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills as they relate to computer driven equipment
Familiar with electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting skills related to them
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc); Sussex, Wisconsin, United States; User's other ads; 414-302-5000
