Electro - Mechanical Designer / Engineer - Akron / Canton, Ohio - JOB 16-02779

Salary Range: $40k - $45k based on experience - Permanent Position with Benefits.

Akron-Canton, Ohio manufacturer is seeking an Electro - Mechanical Designer (or Engineer) to design magnetic lifting device used in industrial applications.

REQUIREMENTS
ASME or BSME (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
AutoCAD and/or Inventor (3D design proficiency)
Must have excellent math skills to design: steel mill scrap handling magnets / slag processing magnets
Mechanical knowledge is a must with 1 - 3 years experience
3D Modeling proficiency on AutoCAD and/or Inventor cad is preferred
Type A personality (outgoing, ambitious, fast paced..)
Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
