Location: Taguig
Job Description:
Will be providing technical support to clients.
Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin.
Must be fluent in English.
Bachelors Degree related to IT/Technical courses.
Must be open to work in shifting schedule if required.
