URGENTLY HIRING:TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Liaises with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner and ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of 4 or 5 years course
Minimum of 4 years experience in BPO (2 years of it must be related to SME/L2 role in ISP Accounts - AT&T U-verse, Comcast, and Dish)
2-3 years TSR webhosting, DNS, networking experience
SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
DNS, Web Hosting, & Networking Knowledge required
knowledge on how so create their own website, domain management registration (on top of networking exp)
individual contributor role but will be the 1st POC of escalations
