Requirements:
&* At least High school graduate
&* Undergraduate at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
&* CSR experience is an advantage
&* Willing to work on shifting schedule
&* With good to excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
&* Responsible for providing product or services information of the company to clients/customers
&* Explains all the necessary information needed
&* Attend queries of the customer/clients
&* Responsible for handling complaints or dealing with it
&* Make sales in some situations or encouraging the customer to purchase items or services
