We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional leader to become a seasonal Full-Time Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) for seasonal Samsung Mall Kiosk or Samsung Truck Customer Care who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The seasonal Full-Time Experience Consultant will be expected to empower the consumer using device discovery. The SEC will be expected to drive an interactive consumer experience by supporting the newest Samsung ecosystem of devices and accessories: phones, tablets, or other designated products, providing basic technical support and troubleshooting. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing function within a top-tiered global company. This position will act as a subject-matter expert (SME) and provide hands-on training and support for consumers.

The Full-Time Experience Consultant will:
Possess and demonstrate competencies of:
Closing the Sale
Building Relationships
Consumer Focus
Technical Learning
Coaching and Giving Timely and Effective Feedback
Demonstrate key features and benefits, assist consumers with setup of devices and trouble shoot issues. Provide “walk out working”
Conduct product training and knowledge transfer to facilitate consumer engagement and sales.
Provide competitive insights to management as requested
Make a significant impact on sales and improve the consumers' buying experience
Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training
Must be flexible to work at multiple locations if required
Assist with calibrating and maintaining test equipment, test cables and ESD safety equipment in accordance with calibration standards and compliance procedures; perform minor repairs, replacement or calibration of equipment or initiate contract repair or replacement orders
