Job Summary:
The successful Sales Consultants will provide phone sales support to the customers of a leading American multinational Telecommunications corporation. They are expected to meet predetermined sales and customer satisfaction targets in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of college education or its equivalent
High school graduates with at least 1 year of call center agent experience are also welcome to apply
Has good persuasion and sales skills; Can fluently express ideas in English
Has good working knowledge on internet technologies and computer applications
Should be able to work on shifting/graveyard schedule and on holidays and weekends

IT Helpdesk Support for a Technical Program

Job Summary:
The successful hires will provide technical assistance to the customers of our Client by identifying the technical concerns and performing basic troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years education in IT, Computer Engineering or any IT-related course
Must have IT or technical support experience
Should be able to fluently express ideas in English and can multi-task
Has basic knowledge on the following: PC hardware and computer peripherals, internet and networking technologies, internet security and operating systems
Excellent keyboarding and communication skills
Should be able to work on shifting/graveyard schedule and on holidays and weekends
