JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible in providing solutions to our customers concerns.
2. Processing customer request such as payments and processing order/s.
3. Answering customers inquiries and general questions related to our product and services.
4. Making outbound/outgoing calls to our customers to conduct surveys and reminders to our valued customers.
5. Collecting payments from our customers using the system or tools provided by the company.
6. Taking good care of our valued customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be people oriented
Must know how to handle stress and work under pressure
Can work with less supervision
Must have high integrity
Must be keen to detail
Can follow instructions
Must be flexible
Can work on a shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
Amenable to work in Ortigas
Can start ASAP

OTHER DETAILS (Optional)
Preferably with at least 6 months call center experience, but not a must.
At least High School graduate.
