Leddy Group is seeking a customer service - product support specialist in Dover. Duties include fielding calls during test adminstrations, responding to inquiries, explaining basic technical and non-technical proccesses and procedures, and log in calls.
Candidates should have at least two years of prior customer service experience providing high volume phone support, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and solid computer skills.
