QUALIFICATIONS:
Eighteen years old and above.
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Good listening skills.
Time Management Skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills.
Customer/member service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
Efficient and polite, with clear voice, helpful tone and friendly attitude.
Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency.
Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals.
Experience in the BPO industry is a PLUS!
Inbound sales and customer service experience in the call center industry preferred.
Has a logical project for solving and proactive approach in presenting information and responding to customer inquiries.
Flexible in working in varying shifts, extended hours, and on certain weekends and holidays as required by the business.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer.
Cross sell value added services or products offered by the company.
Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
