We are seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives with 1+ years high volume Call Center Customer Service, Insurance and HIPAA Regulation experience. English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills required, must have excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation in both languages. High School Diploma is required or GED required. Must be a positive, patient, empathetic, resilient, customer-focused team player who is dependable, organized, detailed and a multi-tasker. Must be able to pass an employment criminal background check and a drug screen.
