Your responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Administrative Coordinator that will report to the VP Real Estate/Facilities Management and Security for the Corporate Division of Bosch. In this role you will coordinate the activities of lease negotiations for the
North American (RBNA) and Latin American (RBLA) facilities, manage the location portfolio for the Americas (AM) region. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare documents and correspondence for new lease agreements and renewals
Partner with external brokers, Bosch user groups and legal entities to ensure all documents are executed in an accurate and timely manner
Utilize the Bosch internal customized software system to enter all lease information, obtain approvals, manage the data and generate reports
Properly handle highly confidential matters in an effective and appropriate method
Receive, screen and direct telephone calls, welcome visitors and resolve routine and complex inquiries
Coordinate meetings, conferences and travel itineraries (Domestic and
International) and related arrangements

Your competencies and qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; specialized training in business and computer software applications preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative support role or customer service environment required
Strong computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP or similar ERP system experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, global environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Bi-lingual in German (verbal and written) is a plus
