Our client, a management consulting services company, is in need of a talented and motivated Oracle EBS Procurement Manager to join their team ASAP!

Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy broad Oracle solutions across all functions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

Individuals will identify, assess and solve complex business problems for their area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. They will closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.

Primary responsibilities:

• Supervising process and functional design activities

• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design

• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes

• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities

• Planning and executing data conversion activities

• Driving test planning and execution

• Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts

• Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within company on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach

• Has some latitude in decision-making

• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

MUST HAVE:

• 8+ years consulting experience (internal or external)

• Core Expertise in Record To Report, Order to Cash and Projects

• Previous experience working within Government and Public Sector organizations

- State and Federal level preferred

• Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance

• Broad experience of all Oracle functions is required

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Ability to travel up to 100% (Monday - Friday)

PREFERRED:

• Expertise with AP, PO

• Accountancy background

• Finance degree

• Experience leading teams of consultants

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill

• Structured communication

• Analytical and quantitative skills

Full time position

Salary: $80,000 to $180,000

Bonus: up to $20,000
