Requirements:

*** Five plus years industry experience a plus.

*** Experience leading diverse teams.

*** Versed in team development and growth.

Duties:

*** Manage department of claim support staff

*** Optimize workflow and align processes.

*** Develop training plans for new hires.

*** Act as point of contact between claims department and assigned partners.

Starting salary up to $70,000 with end of year bonus, ability to grow within a distinguished insurance claims firm with a history of more than 120 years. Insurance plans for medical and dental available, single and family plans offered. Pension plan and matched 401(k) along with stock purchase plan for employees.
