Qualified candidate will perform administrative duties for CEO. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel arrangements, organizing and maintaining files and records, managing projects and conducting research, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, interacting with accountants concerning bookkeeping functions. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
Must have proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive approach to problem solving
Ability to multi-task with accuracy
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Must have a maximum year of 5 years of work experience in an executive support role, 3 years of recent administrative experience assisting CEO, CFO, or VP
